Biography of Officer Schwalbe #515 After serving two years in the U.S. Army, Off. Schwalbe worked for the North Branch School District from 1991 to 1997. After graduating Inver Hills Community College with a degree in Law Enforcement, Off. Schwalbe was hired by the North Branch Police Department in 1997 and was assigned as a School Resource Officer (SRO) for the Independent School District 138. He has received training in Project Charlie, First Witness, and various school safety programs which have been implemented in our schools.
Biography of Officer Ron Rollins #521 At the beginning of the 2007 school year, Off. Rollins was assigned to the North Branch Middle School as a school resource officer. For more information on Off. Rollins, look under our K9 unit.
